Nature’s tiny miracle.
About Us
We believe that the future of gastronomy is shaped by partners who recognize early the power of nature and consumers’ desire for pure, characterful flavors. Despite their small size, microgreens hold enormous potential. They are intense in taste, unique in appearance, and outstanding in nutritional value.
Our Plant Collection
Each micro plant is carefully grown to bring a piece of nature’s art into your home.

Lettuce
A light, fresh, crisp microgreen, perfect for salads, sandwiches, and fresh dishes. As a microgreen, its vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant concentration is typically much higher than that of a fully matured lettuce: it can improve nutrient intake, supporting the immune system and overall vitality.

Red Kohlrabi
A microgreen from the cabbage family with a fresh, slightly sweet–cabbage-like flavor. Ideal for delicate green salads, sandwiches, and soups. It may be rich in vitamins and minerals, supporting the immune system and the body’s regeneration.

Beetroot
These beet-derived greens are vibrant in color and have a distinctive, slightly earthy-sweet flavor. They are packed with essential nutrients such as vitamins K, A, and C, as well as minerals like iron, magnesium, and potassium.

Radish
Radish microgreens add a lively, spicy flavor to dishes, making them ideal for salads, sandwiches, and garnishing. They contain significant amounts of vitamin C, E, K, B vitamins, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus.

Fennel
This microgreen with a sweet–anise aroma and fine texture brings a special flavor and fragrance to dishes. It is often used in salads, fish dishes, and creamy soups. Its nutrient content is highly beneficial—rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant compounds—contributing to a healthy diet.

Leek
Also known as chives, leek microgreens provide a distinct, slightly oniony–spicy flavor, excellent for soups, creams, toast, or sandwiches. They contain notable amounts of vitamins A, C, E, and K, B vitamins (such as B6 and folate), as well as potassium, magnesium, manganese, and iron.

Pea
A light, fresh, crisp microgreen, perfect for salads, sandwiches, and fresh dishes. As with other microgreens, its vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant concentration is typically much higher than in fully grown peas, helping support immune function and overall vitality.

Saffron
The essence of elegance on the plate. Saffron is one of the world’s most precious spices, capable of adding character, depth, and a golden hue to dishes with just a few threads. Its intense aroma, delicately floral–spicy flavor profile, and exceptional purity make it an indispensable ingredient in premium kitchens. It brings quality, refinement, and a unique experience to every dish.
